PL.com players stack Hollywood Poker tournament

A PokerListings.com player has a shot at a WPT prize in Barcelona.
By Sarah Polson
There's a popular saying that nothing comes for free, but as PokerListings.com players can attest to, occasionally it happens and it can mean big cash and prizes.
Recently PokerListings.com and Hollywood Poker teamed up to give PokerListings.com players a little extra incentive to play and have fun at the poker site. From July 28 to Sept. 8, new players were eligible to play in weekly $1,500 freerolls every Saturday, and existing players could get in by earning 50 player points.
The top four players in each freeroll won a seat to the $235+$15 multi-table tournament that played Sept. 16 at Hollywood poker. The top prize in the event was a $12,000 WPT Barcelona package, and as an added bonus, the top-placing Pokerlistings.com player would get a WPT prize package as well.
As play in the tournament wound down, one PokerListings.com player came close to winning both packages.
MobileMunk came in second place, becoming the highest-placing PokerListings.com player in the tournament and nearly walking away with two WPT prize packages worth $12,000 each. He narrowly beat out another PokerListings.com player as well to take the top spot.
PokerListings.com player belphegor152 came in in third place in the tournament. There were three other players who made it into the Top 10 as well.
Finishing in fifth place was tennisman001, followed by Jointmaker74 in sixth, and Grimaldi111 in eighth place.
PokerListings.com players at Full Tilt Poker were once again cashing in this week as well. The qualifiers stopped in last Saturday to battle for the $3,000 prize pool, and Phailer came out on top, taking home $735.
The Top 10 players were:
| Place | Name | Prize |
| 1st | Phailer | $735 |
| 2nd | Pyrgus | $457 |
| 3rd | BlueHorseShoe76 | $337.50 |
| 4th | seefut22 | $262.50 |
| 5th | EightBalls33 | $195 |
| 6th | HowieDiii | $142.50 |
| 7th | noodleskj | $93 |
| 8th | Tee Nutz | $72 |
| 9th | pokerwarrior67 | $57 |
| 10th | turner one | $31.50 |
