players have free shot at $100k Deep Stack

Empire Casino, London

There's a lull today in the exclusive freerolls for PokerListings players to get into the $100k Deep Stack events at Pacific Poker, but there's plenty more action still to come.

The poker site started up the freerolls for PokerListings players last week with daily freerolls whose only eligibility requirements are that players sign up at Pacific Poker through and make a deposit.

The daily freerolls take a break today but will resume on Thursday, Christmas Day, to give players more chances to win a seat in the weekly $100k Deep Stack event that plays on Sundays.

The rest of the schedule for the daily freerolls is:

  • Dec. 25, 8 p.m.
  • Dec. 27, 8 p.m.
  • Dec. 29, 6 p.m.
  • Dec. 30, 8 p.m.
  • Dec. 31, 8 p.m.
  • Jan. 1, 8 p.m.

The daily freerolls award one seat in the $100k Deep Stack to the winning player. The $100k Deep Stack would normally cost a player $130+$10 to play.

If you noticed the break in the daily schedule on Dec. 26, there's good reason for it. Pacific Poker also has two weekly exclusive freerolls for PokerListings players that will award seats in the $100k Deep Stack to the top five players in each event.

The first weekly freeroll is scheduled for Friday at 8 p.m., and the second will be Jan. 2 at 8 p.m. Along with being a depositing PokerListings player, players must earn 10 FPPs the week before the freerolls in order to qualify to play.

Today is the final day to earn those points for the Dec. 26 freeroll. For the Jan. 2 freeroll, players will need to earn their 10 FPPs Dec. 26-31.

If you don't make it into the tournament through the exclusive PokerListings freerolls in the upcoming days, there are still plenty of other ways to avoid paying the $130+$10 buy-in to participate.

Pacific Poker offers several ways for players to work their way into the $100k Deep Stack for as little as $2+20¢.
