Play with 'The Grinder' at Planet Hollywood

Michael Mizrachi
By Sarah Polson
Normally your best chance of playing at the same felt with a prominent poker pro is to pony up $10,000 for a major tournament. Planet Hollywood Resort and Casino in Las Vegas, however, is giving players that same chance for as little as $110.
Michael "The Grinder" Mizrachi and the casino are partnering up for regular tournaments hosted by the poker pro.
The tournaments will be Sundays through Fridays at 7 p.m. in the Planet Hollywood poker room. For the $110 buy-in, players will get $1,500 in chips and a shot at taking out Mizrachi.
As the 2006 Player of the Year, and coming off three cashes in the 2007 World Series of Poker plus a deep cash in a World Poker Tour event in May, the Grinder is not going to be easy to take out of these tournaments.
The player that does take him out will be rewarded with a $300 bounty. Players can also bolster their chip stacks with a $10 add-on for an additional $1,000 in chips.
Any edge may be necessary to take out Mizrachi, who has nearly $6 million in tournament winnings.
He may not have a WSOP bracelet yet, but with two WPT wins under his belt, Mizrachi has a lot of tournament knowledge he can impart to players. On Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, he'll be dishing out some of that knowledge starting at 6:30 p.m. before the tournament starts.
This could be your chance to learn the skills that earned Mizrachi his "Grinder" nickname, so you too can play steady and consistent and become a winning player.
