PKR answers critics
PKR released a new software update Wednesday designed to answer the site's critics with a bevy of features and improvements.
Critics of the site have long held that much of the graphic content on the tables makes it difficult to multi-table.
With the new software, players can now sit at new 'cards up tables' where they can see their hole cards throughout each hand using a television style 'under the table' camera.
Players no longer need to click the 'show cards' button to see their hand, providing a more optimal multi-tabling experience.
"We always listen to the needs of our players and try to respond accordingly," PKR Marketing Director Simon Prodger said.
"Many of the new updates are based on player suggestions and we are already working on the next version to bring even more improvements to our users."
Those still using the traditional animated view on PKR will see graphic improvements to the site's popular Vegas Room.
In addition, British and Danish real money players will now be allowed to deposit using the popular payment provider PayPal.
Off the virtual felt, a new video poker application has been added, making the video poker machine classic Jacks or Better available to players.
