Paradise Poker sending players to South Africa

By Christopher Hunt

The five-day South Africa Poker Festival, set for May 9-13, 2007, will be Africa's biggest poker event ever. And Paradise Poker wants you to be there to help make history.

Showing just how international poker has really become, some of the biggest names in the poker world will convene in Africa next month for the first-ever South Africa Poker Festival.

Included on the agenda: a poker fantasy camp to be hosted by world-renowned Omaha expert Robert Williamson III and fellow pro "Cowboy" Kenna James, and the $3,000 buy-in South African Poker Open to finish the festival off with a bang.

Paradise Poker is giving their players a shot at being there, with daily satellites running to an April 21 super satellite for $7,000 prize packages.

The $4, $5 and $10 re-buys run regularly throughout the day, all leading to the $150 super satellite tournament at 9 p.m. (GMT) on April 21.

The spoils of the super satellite: a $3,000 seat in the South Africa Poker Open, $2,500 in hotel and fantasy camp fees and $1,500 in expenses for flights.
