The merging of Paradise Poker into the Boss Media fold is now, finally, on the doorstep: the software shift is to be completed in May, and once done the network will be one of the busiest in Europe, with over 10,000 active, real-money players a day.
Considered one of the original online poker sites and a market leader since its launch in 1999, the shift for Paradise Poker will see Sportingbet retain the Paradise brand but give players access to a whole new realm of possibilities.
Joining the Boss Media Network - a Swedish Internet gambling software and service provider for several leading online poker rooms, including CelebPoker - substantially builds the player pool, provides more options for tournaments, improves customer services and allows for much larger promotions than ever before.
"The strengthened partnership will enable the two companies to work together to bring second-to-none e-gaming products to the market," said Johan Berg, Boss Media chief executive officer in a press release.
"Our independence combined with size," Berg added, "now makes Boss Media's partner-based poker network one of the most attractive on the market."
