Pacific Poker has undergone a major software upgrade. The poker site now offers an interactive lobby with personalized navigation features, and 3-D player avatars.

Other new Pacific Poker features include tournaments with re-buys and add-ons, and enhanced multi-tabling options.

Players now also have the option of playing casino games and backgammon between hands.

In addition to this, the software upgrade includes making the poker client available in two new languages, Portuguese and Dutch.

"We always strive to better 888.com and Pacific Poker for the benefit of our players, who are our most valuable asset," said Matt Robinson, 888.com's marketing director.

"This mean having more games, better software, [and] great graphics [...] in as many languages [as] we can to make the 888 experience available to players from all over the world."
