Pacific Poker spices up Sunday Guaranteed Tournament

By Erik Sylven

Pacific Poker has added extra value to its big Sunday tournament. The guaranteed prize pool is now $75,000 instead of $50,000.

The competition when it comes to Sunday tournaments is very tough, with Full Tilt Poker's $300,000 Guaranteed, Bodog.com's $100,000 Guaranteed and several other big events being played every weekend.

Pacific Poker is trying to attract new players by adding 50% to the Sunday Guaranteed prize pool. $75,000 is up for grabs and the first prize in the tournament will be at least $16,000.

Buy-in for the Pacific Poker $75,000 Sunday Guaranteed is $65 + $5, but players have the possibility to qualify through freerolls and satellites as well.

The tournament is played every Sunday at 4:05 p.m. Pacific Poker time.
