Pacific Poker dispatching players to Northern Ireland

Northern Ireland may be better known as a political hotspot than a poker destination, but Pacific Poker is letting its players form their own opinions. The site is hosting a qualifier to the Northern Ireland Championship this Saturday at 9:30 p.m. (GMT).

Pacific Poker customers can win their seats to the Londonderry, Northern Ireland, tournament March 15-18.

The event features a £100,000 guaranteed prize pool that can be tapped by online players for only a few dollars.

For just $2, Pacific Poker customers can compete in daily micro satellites. They can also get in on the site's main qualifier under the "Multi-Table" tab for a buy-in of $95+$5.

The winner receives entry into the Northern Ireland Championship as well as $1,400 toward travel and expenses.
