Missouri man takes Nguyen Challenge event

Another event of the Scotty Nguyen Poker Challenge is written in the record books as Alan McCluey conquered the $200 No-Limit Hold'em event May 26.

McCluey, from Liberty, Mo., made his trip to the Cherokee Casino in Tulsa, Okla., worthwhile by pocketing $13,435 top prize.

To get there he had to outlast a field of 221 players.
