MiGS 2014 to Close Out Battle of Malta in Style
The 2014 Battle of Malta is set to run Nov. 6-9 but the party doesn’t stop there thanks to new sponsor the Malta iGaming Seminar (MiGS).
The 2014 Malta iGaming Seminar takes place from Nov. 11-12 but will kick off with a special €30+€5 poker tournament on Nov. 10 at the Hilton Hotel, in the same Battle of Malta tournament space.
“MIGS is very happy to align itself with Battle of Malta in that both of our events have been developed to attract an International audience,” said Andy Jones, CEO of Aliquantum Gaming.
“This event not only extends our event by an extra day but also adds further incentive for operators involved in BOM to attend our event as well.”
Industry Leaders to Speak at MiGS 2014
MiGS 2014 is the sixth edition of the conference, which seeks to raise awareness and develop the presence of Malta as a hotspot for the iGaming community.
The seminar is targeted towards operators, affiliates and various service providers in the gaming industry.
Started up by several leading figures within the Maltese iGaming and Business Community the purpose of MIGS is to offer the iGaming community a platform to discuss trends within the industry, to network and showcase Malta as a leading iGaming jurisdiction.
There are already a number of noted speakers confirmed for the event including Joe Cuschieri, the Executive Chairman of the Lotteries and Gambling Authority, Dr. Christian Cardona, Minister for the Economy, Stephen Quinn, Director of Strategy at Ukash, Marja Appelman, Chief Executive for The Netherlands Gaming Authority and more.
The €35 opening tournament on Nov. 10 is open to anyone and will be a No-Limit Hold’em affair with a single re-entry allowed.
