Microgaming offers $60k WSOP packages
Do you want to play in the World Series of Poker (WSOP), but don't know which event to pick? In that case, you should participate in the Microgaming Poker Network's WSOP Multi Event Satellites. The prize packages are worth $68,900 (yes, per package!), and include $50,000 to spend on WSOP buy-ins.
The Grand Final WSOP Multi Event will be played May 6 at 3 p.m. (EST). It's a $1,300+$100 freezeout tournament in which players will start with 3,000 in chips and play in 20 minute levels.
Minor satellites, both sit-and-gos and multi-table tournaments, with buy-ins ranging from $10.83+$1 to $16.25+$1.50 are already running daily on the Microgaming Network.
The minor qualifiers lead up to fortnightly satellites played on Saturdays at 9.30 p.m. (EST), which in turn lead up to the Grand Final satellite.
Aside from the $50,000 for WSOP buy-ins, the prize packages include two return flights, up to 60-nights accommodation, and $3,500 spending money.
"We believe it's not enough for a network to just offer buy-ins to the best land-based tournaments in the world, which is why all our operators' players are personally looked after by our dedicated Microgaming event team," said Roger Raatgever, CEO of Microgaming.
"Every one of their needs is catered to, from travel and accommodation through to on-the-ground support at the tournaments themselves. This is just another of the many reasons why more and more operators are choosing to move to our network every month."
The Multi Event Satellites are not Microgaming's only WSOP promotions. Qualifiers for Event 45 - $5,000 Six-Handed No-Limit Hold'em, and for the $1,000 World Championship Ladies Event are available as well.
The Microgaming Network offers play at more than 40 poker rooms, including GNUF, bet365poker, 24h Poker and Purple Lounge Poker.
