England’s Alex Goulder is the only player over 1m chips in the EPT Dublin Main Event after Day 3 while pros Adrian Mateos and James Akenhead made their first appearance in the top 10 chip counts.

Goulder has yet to cash in 2016 but he’s headed for a big one if he can keep it up in Dublin.

He leads the final 45 players with 1.02 million.

Meanwhile Adrian Mateos (631k), Rhys Jones (630k) and James Akenhead (626k) are also poised for a strong run on Day 4.

Here’s a look at the top 10 chip counts after Day 3:

Wigg, Pagano, Neuville Survive to Day 4

While there were well over a hundred eliminations on Day 3 there were plenty of notable players who lived to play another day.

Luca Pagano, Nikolaus Teichert, Anton Wigg, Nick Petrangelo, Antoine Saout, Pierre Neuville and Dzmitry Urbanovich are all among the players who still have their eyes set on a final-table appearance.

The bubble also burst on Day 3 meaning every player still in the tournament will receive at least €11,440.

That includes online poker streamer Jaime “PokerStaples” Staples who finished with 241,000.

Prior to this tournament Staples had never cashed in an EPT event.

Of course there were plenty of players who didn’t make the cut including former chip leaders Christoph Vogelsang and Mike McDonald as well as David Vamplew, Anthony Zinno and Liv Boeree.

Action will resume at 12:00 GMT and once again the EPT Live team led by Joe Stapleton and James Hartigan will be on hand for the affair. You can the EPT Live Stream right here on PokerListings.
