Seven-Card Stud Hi-Lo follows the same structure as regular Seven-Card Stud. The only difference is that in Hi-Lo the pot is split, with half the pot awarded to the best high hand and half to the best low hand.
To qualify for a low hand you must have five unpaired cards, the highest of which has to be an eight or lower. If there is no qualifying low hand the entire pot is awarded to the best high hand.
