Mansion Poker ups pots by $250,000 for holidays

Mansion Poker is giving its customers a $250,000 gift this holiday season. The popular online poker room has added the money to tournament prize pools starting Dec. 4 and running until Jan. 1.

The poker room added between $5,000 and $20,000 to each tournament prize pool throughout the month.

The increased-pot games will kick off with five $55 buy-in weekday events featuring a $5,000 pot starting Dec. 4. But the buy-in goes up and so does the prize money on four weekends throughout the month; Saturdays see a $109 buy-in and $10,000 pot, while Sunday tournaments feature $215 buy-ins to compete for a $20,000 prize.

A $30,000 main event is scheduled for New Year's Day, with buy-ins of $320.
