Perhaps Gavin Smith will return to B.C. for a little poker action.

The Third Annual B.C. Poker Championships start up Sunday, and Mansion Poker is providing sponsorship for this year's events.
The poker site announced its sponsorship this week, saying that its logo will be prominently displayed on the BCPC main event final table felt.
"We are delighted to sponsor Canada's premier poker event," said Marc Goodwin, poker professional and Mansion Poker ambassador. "With hundreds of thousands of dollars being staked over four days of play, and the final table action to be aired on Global TV in December, viewers are in for a thrilling couple hours of poker entertainment."
The tournament series takes place at the River Rock Casino in British Columbia, Canada, and kicks off on Sunday with the Ladies Only No-Limit Hold'em Event in the casino's Show Theatre. The event costs $550 to enter and starts at noon.
Monday will be the $1,100 No-Limit Hold'em event, and Tuesday will see an $1,100 Pot-Limit Hold'em tournament.
The main event will start Thursday, Nov. 22 with Day 1a, and Day 1b following on Friday. The main event has a $2,700 buy-in and could reach a prize pool of $2.45 million if the event is filled to capacity.
The top 10% of the main event will finish in the money, and the winner could potentially take home more than $600,000.
"With Day 1 split into two flights, and the start-bank set at 15,000 chips, expect a nice slow blind structure to deliver some skillful card play, consolidating the B.C. Poker Championships' status as one of the most prestigious land-based poker events outside of the United States," said Mansion Poker in a press release.Last year's event saw several pros heading to Canada to play, including Gavin Smith and Johnny Chan.
