- Players begin with 10,000 in Tournament Chips.
- Players may receive an additional 10,000 in tournament chips anytime during the first three levels. Any player that has not taken their add-on by the end of the third level will automatically receive it.
- All levels will last 60 minutes. Breaks will be every two levels and last 20 minutes.
- Dinner break on day 1 will be after level 4 and last 1 hour. Dinner breaks on Days 2 and 3 will be determined by the Tournament Director.
- Play will continue on Day 1 until the completion of level 8. Play will resume at 2 PM on Sept 25, 2008, and play until 9 players remain. Play will resume at 2pm on Sept 26, 2008 and play until a winner is determined.
