The inaugural World Series of Poker Circuit event at the Horseshoe Casino in Hammond, Indiana, is over and it's Chicago-born Steve Billirakis who has claimed the title. Billirakis defeated Thomas Koral in heads-up play to claim the $208,885 first prize, as well as the mantle of youngest WSOPC winner in history. Congratulations to both finalists and to the staff at the Horseshoe for putting on an amazing event!
