Maxim Lykov Wins Event 54 $1,000 No-Limit Hold’em

Russian’s Maxim Lykov has succeeded in outlasting all 4,576 entrants in Event 54 and will receive a $648k prize for his efforts.
Lykov, who was the third Russian to win a bracelet this summer, has already had a great deal of success in the poker world including a victory at EPT Kiev and another WSOP final table in 2009.
The Team PokerStars Pro now has $2.5 million in lifetime live tournament earnings and has to be considered one of the premier Russian players in the game today.
