Manole Manholed! (5th)
Mihai Manole is out and will pick up $155,013 for his efforts after losing a massive hand to Theo Tran. Theo made it $60,000 to go under the gun and Manole picked his spot reraising it up to $160,000 total from the small blind.
Tran then flat called the raise before the 8

flop fell. Manhoe led right out making it $150k, but Tran bumped it up $200,000 more. Manole shoved and Theo made the easy call showing 5

for the flopped set. Sadly, Manole's A
8
top pair was no good and the turn and river didn't help one bit.
Tran was up over $3 million after the hand.

The biggest news of the last hour would have to be J.C. Tran's untimely exit, but Chris Bjorin is also gone. In the meantime, Theo Tran continues his roll towards WSOP Gold with unmatched aggression and no one seems ready to stop him.
Chopped Pottery
Carter Gill started the action raising it up to $44k under the gun before Chris Bjorin repopped all in for his last $113,000. Shannon Shorr then entered the frey from the big blind making the call and Gill threw his cards away. Shorr's A
J
looked good to send the Bjorin home dominating his A
7
but it was not to be. Two pair on the board ensured a chop pot.
Tran Trounced (7th)
J.C. Tran looked down at pocket tens before deciding to make it $55k to go pre flop. Carter Gill then looked down at kings before raising it up from the big blind to $135,000.
Tran shoved Gill snap called and J.C. became our seventh place finisher when the board came up blank. He'll cash $94,166.
Bjorin Bounced (6th)
Chris Bjorin was eliminated in 6th ($123,141) after open shoving under the gun and getting two caller in both Mihai Manole and Carter Gill. Both players checked the Q

5
flop, 9
turn and 8
river Bjorin's K

straight. Manole's 4
