Event 47 - Final Table - Sklansky Out Of Bux...
David Sklansky is the highest profile casualty from our final table during the last hour, he never improved any of his starting hands, and eventually departed from the table, his second final of the WSOP this year.
No Sklansky Bux (Out In 8th)
David Sklansky ended up all-in showing the 8
after Tim D'Alessandro had completeled before Ryan Hughes raised. Both player checked fourth street before D'Alessandro began firing on fifth and 6th street with Hughes calling him down. On the river, both checked, D'Alessandro showed trip aces for the high while Hughes showed 7-5-4-3-2 for the low. Sklansky couldn't make a low and only had a pair of sevens for the high and was thus eliminated in 8th place winning $19,306.
Joshu Is A Felled Man (Out in 7th)
Joshua Feldman got in a raising war on 3rd against Jonas Klausen. Klausen is showing A

on 4th and bets and Feldman raises again. Klausen sets him in and Feldman call flipping J

The players have quickly been whittled down to our finalists, and the final table has already kicked off with Jonas Klausen way out in the lead with $346,000.

for a 7-6-5-3-2 and a pair of eights which was good enough for the scoop.
Nicewander was out shortly afterwards, he couldn't beat Ryan Hughes' sixes and threes or make a low to chop the pot.
Costly Error
Margaret Macre managed to do most of her stack showing 9-9-K-K on her board and being called by Ron Long's 4-7-6-6 the whole way. She declared she had a full house but then showed J-J-T in the hole for three pair. Long showed A-3-5 for a 6-5-4-3-A and a seven high straight to scoop the pot.
She went out soon after with two pair against a rivered better two pair.
