Event 2 - Level 22 - Down to Ten!
After beginning the day with 18 we have now whittled the field down to the final ten in the first $1,500 donkament of the summer. Perry Friedman was the last one to hit the road so read on for info on his bust as well as new seats and counts.

Here's a look at the seats and chip counts for the final ten. Counts courtesy of www.worldseriesofpoker.com.

Perry Matthew'd (11th)
Perry Friedman, who we think might be affiliated with FullTilt Poker in some way, has just been eliminated. His stack underwent a downward trend for the last level and found himself all-in bad a few moments ago. Theo Tran opened the pot to $90,000 from the cut-off and Friedman moved all-in from the big blind.
J
Q
for Friedman would need a ton of help against Tran's pocket kings. A jack on the flop was as close as he would come to cracking the kings though, forcing Perry to get up and go within spitting distance of the TV final table. Friedman takes $52,021 for his trouble.
Bullets Shattered; Rutledge Reaps Rewards
We just saw one of the many instances of pocket aces falling victim to an inderior hand as Joe Rutledge was able to catch a few miracle-cards to double up and stay alive. It began with James Akenhead opening to $80,000 from under the gun and Joe Rutledge moving all-in.
When it got back to Akenhead he made the easy call and turned over his aces. Needless to say he was ahead with Rutledge tabling K
J
. The board ran K
9
4
5
K
and Rutledge nails trips on the river to keep his head above water. Rutledge is now on about $900,000 while Akenhead is down to $1.3 million.

Event 2 - Keep On Keepin' On!

ZOMG! Three-Way Action Breaks Kearney (15th)
We just saw a massive three-way all-in that resulted Matthew Kearney getting the boot in 15th place. It began with Kearney opening to $60,000 from under the gun and Jeff Wiedenhoeft moving all-in for around $130k. It was folded to Aaron Coulthard who re-shipped, putting the decision back on Kearny.
After some thought he made the call and it was time to take a look at the hands. K
Q
for Kearny had Wiedenhoeft's K
T
dominated but would need to improve to overcome Coulthard's A
J
. The flop came K
T
2
and Wiedenhoeft took the lead. The turn was the Q
, putting Kearny back in the lead, but the river was the T
, making Coulthard's boat and eliminating the dumbfounded Kearney. He's out in 15th and will receive $41,295.
Perry Likes FLushes; Loves FullTilt
Perry Friedman, after taking a few early hits today, has fought back and chipped up close to the $1 million mark. A moment ago he got all-in with A
6
on a flop of K
K
8
and needed to improve against his opponent's pocket jacks.
The turn was the 3
and after the river failed to fill up his opponent Perry was good for the double. He's now on about $950,000.
Jesus Saves (He Also Doubles)
Chris Ferguson is still in this event and just managed to double up at the expense of fellow FullTilt-er Perry Friendman. The hand in question began with Friedman opening to $55,000 and Jesus re-popping all-in for just under $300,000 from the button. It was folded back to Perry who made the call after taking a short dwell.
When the cards were on their backs we saw it was Ferguson in the lead with A
J
against Friedman's A
T
. The board ran K
9

6
K
and Jesus was good for the double. He's now on a little over $600,000.
