We've still got three players here in the PLO event final table but the chip counts have really changed in the last hour. It's now a lot closer than before, with a couple of huge hands that have completely changed the table dynamic.

Flipping For Fun!

Stanley Statkiewicz raises from the button, Vanessa Selbst calls from the big blind. The flop came 8 7 3, Selbst checked, Statkiewicz bet the pot and Selbst set him in, Statkiewicz calling with A T A 8 for the overpair and the diamond draw.

Selbst showed 8 7 6 5 for top two with a straight draw, despite being behind, Stanley was still a marginal favourite. The turn was the 9, which made the straight, but also gave Statkiewicz a better straight draw, with any jack or six also good now. The river was the T, making his flush and thusly doubling him up.

"We're Gonna Need A Bigger Boat..."

On an A 2 2 3 6 board, James Pickering checks/calls every street before check/raising Vanessa Selbst $100,000 bet on the river all-in to $294,000. She agonizes for about a minute before making the call, only to be shown A A Q Q. She mucks, confessing she had a smaller boat, but thinking she should've passed to such a bet on the river.

On a 8 5 3 3 Stanley Statkiewicz puts in a helft check/raise, taking Vanessa Selbst off the pot, he shows Q-J-9-9 with clubs for the pot, and more importantly, the chip lead.

Three left already, Vanessa Selbst is still running the show, a nice touch just happened when Tony Phillips, who bubbled the final table, and was incredibly unlucky to go out, came to the rail to wish Vanessa good luck.

Vanessa Selbst limps the button, Stanley Statkiewicz raises from the small blind and Thom Schultz folds from the big blind while Vanessa calls.  The flop comes 3 Q 5 and Stanley bets $110,000. Vanessa thinks for ages before passing eventually.

Gotta Keep Taking a Stan-d

Vanessa Selbst and Stanley Statkiewicz see a 2 Q 7 flop where both check. Vanessa bets $35,000 on the turn, and Stanley raises to $95,000, Vanessa makes the call and checks the K river. Stanley bets $140,000 and calls the clock on Vanessa after she tanks. Eventually she folds, and Stanley jumps from his seat clapping his hands saying, "Yeah, dry ace baby!!"

Schultz Out But Gets More Than Peanuts

Thom Schultz raises from the button with Selbst calling from the big blind.  The flop came T-6-4 and Selbst set Schultz in for his remaining chips, Schultz called with A-K-Q-6, while the chip leader showed Q-T-8-6, the turn and river were both bricks knocking out Schultz who wins $72,004
