Keller Killer'd (3rd)

Shawn Keller has become the heads-up match bubble-boy after getting all-in while drawing dead, never a good idea. On a board of A 8 6 K, Borteh bet out enough to put Keller all-in. Keller made the call and after seeing Borteh's K 8, he new his T 8 was no good. Shawn Keller is out in third and will take home $92,316.

Spine-Tingling Bustouts!

Kelly K.O.'d

On a flop of K Q T Matthew Kelly moved all-in holding 7 7. Alex Borteh called with Q 9 for a pair of ladies that held up through the following T 6. Kelly earns $46,567 for his fifth-place finish.

Vivek Las Vegas

Vivek Rajkumar is out of the proceedings in sixth place. On the 8 5 3 flop Vivek moved in to show A 7 to Brandon Wong's 6 8. The board finished out Q 8 to triple-infinity Rajkumar from the shroud. We checked the calculator, and triple-infinity is a lot.

Double-Elimination Madness!

Byrned!

Michael Byrne raised pre-flop, Vivek Rajkumar re-raised to be four-bet by Shawn Keller; and Byrne called with the rest of his stack. Vivek also called to see the K J 3 flop, then check-called Keller's bet.

On the Q turn, Vivek again check-called Keller to see the 6 river. One more check from Rajkumar brought one more bet from Keller, folding Vivek's T T face-up. Keller showed A K to eliminate Byrne, who held 7 7 for seventh place and $27,777.

Polo?

Marco Johnson is out in eighth place with $20,424. Johnson checked to Michael Byrne, then called his bet to see the 9 7 5 flop. Marco checked, then called for the rest of his chips when Byrne bet the T flop.

Marco held A Q to Byrne's 7 8, which was enough to take the pot after the 3 river. Marco's chips may well have been cursed, however, as Byrne's victory was short-lived.

Petri showedA Q to Rajkumar's A 5 for a pair of fives which was enough to rail Pollanen when the 3 7 board finished out. The man is out from under the poker microscope for another day. Petri takes home $14,705 for ninth place.

Hellacious Hold'em Histrionic History in the Making.
Yes, the action is furious. Bears attacked Brandon Wong and dragged his carcass over the table, while Marco Johnson screamed and David Pham moved all-in without batting an eye. Or at least that's what we imagine. From outside it looks like a black shroud.
