Event 43, $1,500 No-limit Hold'em - Live Updates

Players begin with $1,500 in tournament chips. All levels up to the final table will last 60 minutes, while final table levels will run for 90 minutes with breaks every two rounds. A 60-minute dinner break will follow level 6. Play on the first day will run until the final table is determined or until the 12th level is completed (whichever comes first). Play will resume at 2 p.m. on July 14.

Ron Kirk has defeated a final table bursting with top pros and tough competition to take his first WSOP gold and a whopping first-place prize of $321,520. Second-place winner Adam White earned a consolation prize of $168,520.
