Event 10, $2,000 Limit Hold'em - Live Updates

Players begin with $2,000 in tournament chips. The first day of the event will play down to the final table or until the 12th level is completed (whichever comes first). Play will resume at 2 p.m. on June 12.

The 2004 winner of this event, Daniel Negreanu, received $169,100 after championing the 287-player field. This year's tournament has 569 entrants and boasts a total prize pool of $1,046,940.

In the final hand, Toto Leonidas raised with the Q 5, Reza Payvar re-raised with the A 9 and Toto called all-in. The board came J 9 4 2 7 but was no help for Leonidas. Toto took home a consolation prize of $160,185 while first-place winner Reza Payvar celebrated his $303,610 win.
