Winnar!

The board ran out 8 6 8 K Q and after an epic heads-up battle Little had won the whole dang thing.

It's his second WPT Title and he takes home $1.1 million dollars for a long week's work.

Jonathan Jaffe grabs $$670,636 for second and PL.com is out.

Although of course you'll find a full final table recap up here before the sun comes up!

Canadian eh?

WPT Foxwoods: In The Suck

WTF?

Somehow Jonathan Little got it in with just K 5 against Jonathan Jaffe's 8 8, but he found his way out of that sticky mess in short order.

With his tournament life on the line, Little was really nowhere near the J 10 2 flop, but when the 9 turned, he picked up the any-queen any-spade draw.

Wouldn't you know it, the Q fell on the river and he doubled up again to take the chip lead from Jaffe.

Now on a ten-minute tape change break he's the one with $8 million to Jaffe's $4 million or so.

Back?

Jonathan Jaffe increased his lead rivering a flush against Jonathan Little and suddenly he had a 5:1 chip advantage.

Then Little open shoved the button with J 10 a moment ago and Jaffe made the call ahead with A 3

Little flopped a pair when the 10 6 4 came down, but Jaffe needed just a heart to win it all.

The turn came the Q and the river the K. Jaffe still has the lead, but it's only a 2:1 advantage now with $8 million in chips to Little's $4.3 million.

Still third and probably happy about it now.

After taking a few pots to increase his lead Jonathan Little made it $500,000 pre-flop from the button and before he knew it, Jaffe shoved.

Little made the call with A 3 and Jaffe's tournament life was on the line in dominating position holding A J.

The K 7 2 10 5 board ensured Jaffe would double, snatch the lead back from Little and this epic head -up match would continue.

Jaffe now has $8.4 million to Little's $3.8.

Just a Little longer.

The WPT is now saying this is officially the longest heads-up match in the tour's six and a half season history and it looks like it will continue even further after Jonathan Little just doubled through Jonathan Jaffe to retake the lead.

Little made it $500k and Jaffe called. The flop fell 9 5 3 and Little checked. Jaffe bet $600k and Little check-raised all in.

Jaffe insta-called with Q 9, but Little had pocket jacks and the jacks held on the A turn and 2 river.

It's now $7.2 million for Little against Jaffe's $5.1 million.

Jonathan leads again - Yes, this Jonathan.

We've had yet another lead change after Jonathan Jaffe put his tournmant life on the line on an A 9 2 flop.

Jaffe had A 2 and Jonathan Little had decided to play for it all with the J 10 flush draw. The 10 turn gave Little another way to win, but the J river wasn't it.

Jaffe doubled up to$9 million and is really in charge now over Little's $3.3 million.

Just like that.

Jonathan Jaffe limped the button and Jonathan Little called.

Little bet $250k on the 8 7 3 flop and Jaffe called. Little bet $500k on the 7 turn and Jaffe min-raised to $1 million total.

Then Little came over the top making it $2.5 million and after Jaffe folded, he had regained the lead.

WPT Foxwoods: A Hard Rain's Gonna Fall

2:1 again.

One hand after Jonathan Little crept back into the lead without benefit of a showdown, Jonathan Jaffe has struck back big time.

Little raised to $300k and Jaffe called. The flop fell 8 2 2 and both players checked.

The 7 turn was checked by Jaffe before Little bet $200k. Jonathan then check-raised making it $550,000. Little called and the river came the 8.

Jaffe made a pot sized river bet of about $1.65 million and Little called. Jaffe showed 2 2 and had flopped quads to take control on $8.3 million to Little's $4 million now.

WPT Foxwoods: Little Doubles!

Jonathan Little
Hold it now...hit it!

After falling under the $3 million mark, Jonathan Little has doubled up to get right back in it.

The big hand started with a Jaffe button limp and a Little check. The K 7 4 flop brought a $200k bet from Little and a Jaffe call.

The turn brought the 5 and a $350k bet from Little that Jaffe called again. When the Q river fell, Little checked, but after a $260k bet from Jaffe, he check-raised all in.

Jaffe called and Little rolled over 7 4 for two pair. Jaffe could only show one pair with J 7 and Little doubled to $5.5 million.

He's back in it now only slightly behind Jaffe's $6.8 million.

WPT Foxwoods: The Stranglehold!

Jonathan Jaffe
Spoiler alert: It's this one.

Jonathan Jaffe has his grip around the trophy here at Foxwoods now and it looks like he won't be letting go.

He took a stranglehold on the heads-up match moments ago raising $190k pre-flop. Little called, the flop rolled out J 4 4 and after a Little check, Jaffe fired again. This time he asked Little to call a $250k bet and he did.

The 10 turn brought a similar scenario as Little check-called a $375k bet. Then when the K fell on the river, Little check-called a $750,000 bet.

Jaffe had J 9 for two pair, Little mucked and one Jonathan now has $9.2 million while the other holds just $3 million - we'll let you guess which one has what.

Jonathan leads - Confused yet?

Just like that the lead has flip-flopped.

Jonathan Little and Jonathan Jaffe got into a raising war on a J 9 6 flop and Jaffe ended up all in having flopped two pair with J 9.

Little was looking for the knockout punch with J 10 and had a few more outs to land it when the A turn came.

However, the river brought the K and Jaffe doubled, snatching the chip lead from Little on $7.2 million to Little's $5.1 million.

Very little problems.

One hand after pushing Jonathan Jaffe off an ace-high flop with a check-raise, Jonathan Little used the the strength of the button to win another big hand.

He bet $200k pre flop that Jaffe called, then fired $300k at the K 7 3 flop after a Jaffe check.

The turn brought the 4 and another Jaffe check before Little did the same.

Jaffe checked the 4 river, but was forced to fold when Little made it $700k to see his cards.

Rolling right over the kid, last Year's WPT Player of the Year now has $8.5 million to Jaffe's $3.8 million.

Then before he could even count his outs, the river came the 2 and wasn't one of them. Marchese takes third and $337,256.

WPT Foxwoods: Little Strikes Back!

Jonathan Little
You know what time it is.

Jonathan Little just got a few chips back from Jonathan Jaffe.

Little raised it up to $150k from the button and Jaffe protected his big blind. Heads-up, both players checked the 6 5 4 flop. But before the J turn fell, Jaffe bet $200k in the dark.

Little called, the river came the 4 and after Jaffe checked, Little fired out a $300k bet. That's when Jaffe pulled out a little thing we like to call the old check-raise, pumping it up to $950,000.

Little looked at his cards, made the call and showed everybody his A J. Jaffe's nine high was obviously beaten and LKittle gains some much needed traction.

Gutter ball - one time.

After trading a few chips back and forth Jonathan Jaffe just took a huge bite out of Jonathan Little and now has the lead.

Jaffe raised from the button to $150k, then called when Little re-raised, making it $530,000 total.

The flop came 8 8 6 and Little fired away, making it $600k to go. Jaffe called the bet and the 5 turn was checked by both.

Little checked the K river, but Jaffe sent out a rather sizeable $1.3 million bet. Little tanked for a minute or two and made the call, only to muck when Jaffe revealed the 7 4, showing his gut-flush combo draw had got there on the turn.

Dragging an almost $5 million pot, Jaffe is now holding $6.6 million to Little's $3.4 million with Charlie Marchese holding on very tightly to his $2.3 million.

Schanbacher had just 9 8, but Little held Q Q. The flop came J 6 5 and after the 6 8 turn and river combo did not fill his back door flush draw or the gutshot, Jack was out 5th cashing $182,196.

More than 5 million reasons to smile.

A sinking Jonathan Jaffe has found a way to right the ship and it came courtesy of Jack Schanbacher.

Jaffe called a Schanbacher $150k pre flop raise, then checked the 7 3 2 flop.

Schanbacher c-bet, making it $180,000 and Jaffe made the call. The turn brought the 8 and both players checked.

The A river came down and Jaffe immediately took the lead, betting $150,000. Schanbacher took his time before raising to $650,000 and after he asked for a count, Jaffe re-raised enough to put Jack's last $1.4 million in.

Jack folded and Jaffe raked a better than $1.5 million pot.

WPT Foxwoods: Matusow Goes Nuts!

Nut job jigs.

David Pham raised to $140k and after Jonathan Jaffe and Jack Schanbacher made the call, Mike Matusow shipped his last $500k in the middle from the big blind.

Pham got out of the way, but Jaffe called. Jack tanked for a minute or two before letting his hand go and they were off to the races.

It was A J for Matusow against Jaffe's 8 8 and Matusow jumped out of his chair doing some kind of funky jig.

The Q 3 2 flop kept Jaffe ahead, but the 5 gave Matusow a few more outs.

Then like manna from heaven, the J river fell and Matusow went nuts, running around the room and slapping hands with the crowd before sitting down to his now more than $1.5 million in chips.

"Mike Matusow got lucky for the first time in poker history," the Full Tilt Pro exclaimed, before stacking the chips.

The hand began with a Jaffe $110k raise before Jack shipped it.

Online sicko Jonathan "Iftarii" Jaffe will come in with the massive chip lead on $4.1 million, but it ain't over yet.

Full Tilt's David Pham will come into his seventh final table today looking for his first win and he and WPT Season 6 Player of the Year Jonathan Little are within range.

New Yorker Charlie Marchese is looking to make a big splash here as is WPT East Coast prelim god Jack Schanbacher, while one of the most recognizable names in the game, Mike "The Mouth" Matusow, comes in as the not-so short stack.

These guys will be playing for a $1.1 million first place prize, WPT immortality and, of course, the chance to take part in our exclusive PL.com winner interview.

Stay tuned for final table live updates all day long from Foxwoods as only PL.com can provide.
