Carlos calls from the button and Kirk checks his option. The flop comes J-7-4 rainbow and both players check. Another seven hits the turn and they both check again. Another four on the river and two more checks follow. Kirk says he's playing the board but Carlos shows a king for the higher kicker.

The button's on Carlos and he uses it to call the big blind. Kirk checks and the flop comes T 9 5. Kirk checks and Carlos bets out $600,000. Kirk announces raise and adds another million on top. Carlos takes another look at his cards before folding.
