Eric Hershler has the button in the first hand of heads-up and after a long pause he calls $200,000. In the big blind, J.C. Tran raises $700,000 and after another pause, Hershler pauses, then calls. The flop comes A

and Tran bets out $1,200,000 and after a lengthy period of reflection, Hershler re-raises all-in, showing J

This is the tournament unless Tran can catch up on the turn or the river, and his first lifeline is the 4

Tran will take home $1,177,010 for his second place finish, along with the frustration of seeing his WPT dreams fall short yet again. Tough luck, J.C. and congratulations to both finalists!
