Last-chance qualifier to Dortmund at Pacific Poker

In just three weeks you could be on the felt in Dortmund by playing - and winning - Pacific Poker's final qualifier to the city's European Poker Tour event.

The poker room is offering an $8,000 seat to its tournament in Dortmund, Germany, March 7.

Satellites started two weeks ago and a preliminary qualifier was hosted by Pacific Poker on Feb. 3. This week's event gets started Saturday at 4:30 (PPT), with the buy-in tagged at $40+$4.

To find the tournament this weekend, look under the site's "Global" tab.

By playing in four Global qualifiers, Pacific Poker customers earn the fifth qualifier buy-in free, up to the value of the highest amount paid for any of the previous tournaments.

If you win four qualifiers, the site will automatically send you to a fifth poker event of your choice.

Currently the poker room is also running qualifying events to tournaments in Vienna, Monte Carlo and Northern Ireland.

The prize package for the Dortmund championship is set at $8,000 for the tournament seat as well as travel and accommodation.
