The L.A. Poker Classic wants you to follow it on Twitter and organizers are willing to give away a seat to its $250,000 guaranteed tournament this weekend if you'll do it.

The LAPC Classic Twitter account, which features tournament updates, results and scheduling reminders, currently has close to 600 followers.

Now, organizers are promising that if the account can reach 750 followers by 12 p.m. Thursday Feb. 4 at 11:59 a.m. PT, they will give away a seat to its $250,000 guaranteed tournament this weekend.

All of the LAPC's Twitter followers will be entered into a random draw for the $220 seat, which can be used on one of the events two starting days, Friday Feb. 5 and Saturday Feb. 6. But only if it reaches 750 followers by the deadline.

The LAPC began Jan. 20 at Commerce Casino in the Los Angeles area and features more than 30 more tournaments before it wraps up at the beginning of March, including a $10k H.O.R.S.E. event, $10k Heads-Up event, $25,100 High Roller event and the $10k World Poker Tour L.A. Poker Classic Championship event.
