Juniors Event, €50k Super High Roller Join Massive EPT Prague


One of the biggest poker events in Europe just got bigger with a jam-packed 59-event schedule announced for EPT Prague Season 11.

Running from Dec 7-17 at the Hilton Prague Hotel the festival will be highlighted, as usual, by the €5,300 Main Event.

Several new and intriguing additions will join the schedule as well including a Juniors Event, specifically for players under the age of 21, the first-ever EPT Midnight Turbos and the Prague debut of the €50k Super High Roller.

Super Hold'em, Irish Hold'em and the Finnish Championships are also on tap as are an EPT Superstack event and a Seniors Event. Win the Button and Deuces Wild events return too.

Almost 9,000 entries over the course of the festival last year created just under €13m in prize pools. German Julian Track took home the marquee EPT Prague Main Event for €725,700.

EPT Prague just keeps growing.

Both the €1,100 Eureka Main Event and the EPT Prague main event broke records with 1,315 runners for the Eureka main and 1,007 for the EPT.

Both records are expected to be broken again this year. The €330 Eureka Prague Cup and €2,200 Eureka High Roller also expect huge turnouts.

Special events are also planned for the festival like the Finnish Championships (must have Finnish passport or ID to play) and the WCOOP Bracelet ceremony. Full Tilt Flipout tournaments will make an appearance as well.

A total of 140 tables will be in action with cash games going round the clock for the duration of the festival.
