Jovial Gent wins latest PokerStars.com Sunday Million

Jovial Gent had a lot to be happy about Sunday as he took down one of the biggest payouts so far from the PokerStars.com Sunday Million. He outlasted more than 2,700 players to walk away with $250,202.70.

The runner up, apestyles, is probably wishing he had taken a deal earlier in the game that would have left him with a bigger portion of the $1,397,000 prize pool.

Jovial Gent had proposed chopping the pot rather than playing it out, but apestyles refused and then went out in second as his kings were cracked by two pair. For his efforts, apestyles received $135,229.60.

With a final table dominated by Americans and a couple people from the U.K., the final table results were as follows:
