Jay Farber: 2013 WSOP Main Event November Nine Bio
Local Las Vegas amateur Jay Farber has made the 2013 World Series of Poker Main Event Final Table.
Originally from California, Farber is a local VIP host/nightclub promoter in Las Vegas with almost no tournament cashes to speak of.
Also referred to under his given name Herbert, Farber’s only career live cashes have come in two low buy-in deep-stack events in 2010 for a total of $2,155.
He’s blown that out of the water to say the least as he’s now guaranteed $733,224.
According to his Twitter profile Farber considers himself a “VIP Host, poker player, degenerate gambler, nightclub and restaurant aficionado.”
He also was a regular contributor to the 2p2 poker forums as “JayLV” before being banned.
Pros Ben Lamb and Chance Kornuth were on the rail as Farber supporters and, when asked, Farber named Dan Bilzerian as his favorite poker pro.
Farber enters the final table fourth in chips with 25,975,000.
