Isildur1 Comes Crashing Down
For the third straight night Viktor “Isildur1” Blom recorded a huge session on PokerStars but this time he lost $734k.
Blom took on several elite PokerStars players last night including gavz101, compris and LuckyGump over 4,274 hands of $100/$200 PLO.
Arguably the swingiest player in online poker right now, Blom started this week by beating Scott Palmer for $620k. The next day he followed it up with another $495k victory.
He was up more than $1 million in 36 hours on PokerStars but is now back down to earth, up just a few hundred thousand.
Gavz101 and compris benefited from Blom’s sudden reversal of fortune more than anyone else with gavz101 taking $591k and compris winning $201k.
Both players topped the online earnings charts last night while Andreas “skjervoy” Torbergsen, who’s been ruling Full Tilt lately, was the biggest winner on FTP taking down $161k.
Gus Hansen was the biggest loser on Full Tilt and is down nearly $300k on the site over the last two days. Hansen will have to pick up his game if he wants to keep his status as the biggest winner in online poker this year.
Meanwhile Scott “urnotindangr” Palmer had another disastrous night losing $143k. After a fast start in 2011, Palmer has donated over $1 million back this week alone.
Torbergsen was not nearly as successful on PokerStars as he was on FTP, losing a total of $95k.
Jared “Harrington10” Bleznick rounded out the top four biggest losers from last night dropping $76k.
