Hollywood Poker invites players to celebrate the Oscars

It's award season in the entertainment industry, and Hollywood Poker is inviting its players to take part in the glamour and excitement. In the coming weeks, the poker room will host a number of tournaments with celebrity bounties.

The 79th Academy Awards are scheduled for Feb. 25, and will be hosted by comedienne and talk show host Ellen DeGeneres.

DeGeneres, however, will probably not be one of the bounties in Hollywood Poker's upcoming events, but Hollywood Poker players will have plenty of opportunities to make some extra cash off other celebrities throughout Oscar season:

Hollywood Poker Celebrity Classic

• Celebrity bounties up to $2,000
• $20+$2 event, with daily sit-and-go qualifiers
• Sundays at 2 p.m. (EST)

Michael Woods Celebrity Invitational

• Celebrity bounties up to $1,000
• $10+$1 event
• Saturdays at 2 p.m. (EST)

Canadian Poker Night

• Celebrity bounties up to $500
• $5+50¢ event
• Tuesday nights at 10 p.m. (EST)
