Veteran player Maciek "Michael" Gracz heads-up in GSN's "Poker Royale: Battle of the Ages" tournament series to take home the $50,000 grand prize and championship title.
Harrington and Gracz faced off after eliminating a tough final table that included old time players "Miami" John Cernuto and Wendeen Eolis and youngsters Jennifer "Jennicide" Leigh and Erin Ness.
The seven episode GSN series debuted on Friday, November 4 and featured six of poker's hottest pros under 30 in a battle against six of the industry's most celebrated players over 60. The participants were split into two teams of six players each. During each match, three competitors from each team played a game of No-Limit Hold'em and earned points based on how they finished in the game. The top three point earners advanced to the final table to compete for the grand prize of $50,000.
T.J. Cloutier, Dan Harrington, "Miami" John Cernuto, Barbara Enright, Maureen Feduniak, and Wendeen Eolis played for the old masters team, while Maciek Gracz, Russ "Dutch" Boyd, Erin Ness, Evelyn Ng, Jennifer "Jennicide" Leigh, and Kasey Thompson represented the younger generation of poker stars. The series was hosted by John Ahlers with Lisa Dergan as sideline reporter. Pro poker player Robert Williamson III provided commentary.
"Poker Royale: Battle of the Ages" is part of GSN's Casino Night series, which airs every Friday at 10 p.m. (EST/PST).
