Harrah's and Glu Mobile Team Up to Bring the WSOP to Mobile Devices

LAS VEGAS, January 5, 2006 -- Glu Mobile, a leading creator and global publisher of mobile entertainment, and Harrah's License Company, LLC, an affiliate of Harrah's Entertainment, Inc., have formed a worldwide, multi-year alliance to create and publish World Series of Poker-branded mobile content, including games, graphics, ringtones, and other applications.

"This best-in-class alliance is a key component of our global distribution strategy for the World Series of Poker," said Jeffrey Pollack, vice president of sports and entertainment marketing, Harrah's Entertainment.

"Glu's expertise and marketing savvy will introduce the World Series of Poker to new audiences around the world and create new ways for our current fans to experience our tournament."

The Glu agreement follows announcements earlier this year of pacts between Harrah's and America Online for online gaming and Harrah's and Activision for console gaming. As the exclusive mobile games partner for the World Series of Poker, Glu will begin developing and publishing content in 2006.

The World Series of Poker is owned and operated by an affiliate of Harrah's Operating Company, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Harrah's Entertainment. Caesars Palace is a Harrah's-brand casino.
