Players will have the chance to go one-to-one at the Grosvenor U.K. Poker Tour Grand Final at Victoria Casino in London.

The GUKPT organizers recently unveiled the schedule for the entire Grand Final. The nine-day festival gets underway Nov. 24 and runs all the way until Dec. 2.

The inaugural heads-up event will cost £1,500 to enter and will run Nov. 24-28. The field will be restricted to a maximum of 64 players and tour sponsor Blue Square Poker will be adding £10,000 to make the prize pool that much sweeter. The eventual winner will also receive entry into the prestigious main event which normally costs £3,000 to enter.

Seats for the heads-up event went on sale earlier this week at the Victoria Casino. The tickets are available on a first come, first served basis so organizers recommend you buy-in early. Some seats will be put aside for live and online satellites.

Blue Square is adding a total of £50,000 in prizes to the week. Seats in the main event will be awarded to winners of the four other events in addition to the victor in the heads-up tournament. Extra prizes will also be available for the main event winner and the overnight chip leader on each day of the competition.

In addition, players who bubble out and just miss the money will receive a special prize. Satellites for the main event will also take place every afternoon of the festival.

The £3,000 main event is of course the center of attention and it will close out another year for the GUKPT. Over 400 players are expected to take part and the prize pool will exceed £1 million. The event will be televised on Channel 4.

The GUKPT is the largest U.K.-based poker tour and takes place at 10 different Grosvenor Casinos throughout the U.K. Famous players like Bradpiece Takes Leg 2 of U.K. Poker Tour
