Great Titan Poker success at Pokerface 2007
By Erik Sylven
Titan Poker's success at the Pokerface 2007 at Binion's in Las Vegas was absolutely amazing. Not only did Maik Daehling, who qualified through the site, win the event, but two more Titan Poker players reached the final table.
Pokerface 2007 took place earlier in May, and the winner Maik Daehling will get to live as a poker pro for a year.
The German will travel the world and play in the biggest poker tournaments available, including the 2007 World Series of Poker (WSOP) Main Event.
"Today has changed my life, I still can't believe it!" Daehling said after the tournament.
As if Maik Daehling's success wasn't enough, two more Titan Poker qualifiers reached the Pokerface 2007 final table.
John Ericsson, a young windsurfer from Sweden, finished fourth, and Georges Coustillas from France, a former winner of $13,500 at Titan Poker's $ 50,000 Guaranteed Tournament, finished fifth.
Titan Poker regularly offers its player the chance to play in major live events. Currently, satellites to the 2007 World Series of Poker are running at the site.
