Unknown online poker players Gozoboro and ChaoRen160 edged out well-known pros Ben Tollerene and Ilari Sahamies to become the week’s biggest winners in the high-stakes games on PokerStars.

Daniel Cates, who plays on PokerStars as “w00ki3z”, was the biggest loser, meanwhile, dumping over $375,000 at the nosebleed stakes over the last seven days.

Other names making the top 10 winners and losers lists include Alexander “Kanu7” Millar, Theo Jorgensen, Joeri “L0ve2playU” van der Sman, Andreas "Skjervøy" Tobergsen and Ignat “0human0” Liviu.

Top 10 Online Winners this Week

Topping the list of winners on PokerStars this week was unknown player Gozoboro. The account has been active since August 22, 2011 and after racking up $325,591 this week it’s up a total of $413k.

Gozoboro played 5,209 hands over an astounding 62 sessions this week, making the bulk of his profit on Wednesday in a three-hour session of $200/$400 PLO that put him up over a quarter-million dollars.

Second on the weekly winner list is another unknown account, ChaoRen160, who had $313,370 in winnings.

ChaoRen160 played just 1,766 and also had a very lucrative Wednesday, winning $226k in the nosebleed PLO games.

Ben “Ben86” Tollerene was the third biggest winner, up $233,102 on the week, while Ilari “Ilari FIN” Sahamies and Alexander “Kanu7” Millar were fourth and fifth with $226,904 and $215,172 in profit, respectively.

Top 10 Online Losers this Week

While some lucky players were raking in money hand over fist this week, others fared far worse. Daniel “w00ki3z” Cates fared the worst of all.

Cates played 8,968 hands of high-stakes poker and finished down $376,902 over the last seven days.

A big part of those losses came by way of a six-hour, four-table heads-up battle with Alexander “Kanu7” Millar. The two high-stakes pros battled at $100/$200 NLHE with Millar relieving Cates of $185,000 when all was said and done.

Joeri “L0ve2playU” van der Sman was the second-biggest loser after a rollercoaster week that saw him lose $167k on Sunday, win $238k on Monday and proceed to drop all the way to $292,674 in losses in the final few days of the week.

It’s not all bad news for van der Sman, however, as he’s still up over $700,000 in 2012.

Also making the top 10 biggest losers list this week were high-stakes regulars Andreas "Skjervøy" Tobergsen and Ignat “0human0” Liviu, as well as still-unknown account patpatman.
