GeneralTT marches to Bodog.com $100K win

Two weeks ago, GeneralTT strolled his way to victory in the Bodog.com $50K guaranteed for $12,500. But, like all good generals, he had a taste for more: So he went ahead and conquered the Bodog.com $100,000 Sunday guaranteed yesterday for another $25,000.

Falling victim to a couple of other major Sunday sporting events (Selection Sunday? The Lakers/Mavs game?) and poker tournaments, the Bodog.com tournament saw a dip in attendance - to 756 players - not seen since Super Bowl weekend.

But a $17,596 net overlay on top of the $200+$15 buy-in pool was good news for those who did show, with higher payouts and a smaller field making the road to the championship a little bit easier.

The suddenly-on-a-tear GeneralTT took advantage: Coming in to the final table out of the chip lead, he parlayed a few key hands into a huge chip advantage by heads-up play, and made quick work of Jonesy459 for his second tournament win in two weeks.
