G2E lands in Las Vegas next week

An influx of industry players will converge in Las Vegas Nov. 14-16 for this year's Global Gaming Expo at the Las Vegas Convention Center.

Better known as G2E, the expo will host more that 700 exhibitors, as well as gaming industry officials from nearly 100 companies. Last year, more than 17,000 people attended the event.

In addition to conference sessions, this year's G2E includes a food and beverage show, a gaming investment forum, new products, special events, an awards ceremony, meet and greets and sessions in several languages.

Prior to the event, representatives from World Poker Tour Enterprises including CEO Steven Lipscomb and CFO Scott Friedman will be making an investor presentation at the Goldman, Sachs & Co. and Deutsche Bank Securities 2006 Gaming Investment Forum on Nov. 13 at 1 p.m.
