Full Tilt Poker, FSN to broadcast live Championship final table from Wynn Las Vegas

Full Tilt Poker has joined forces with Fox Sports Net and the Wynn Las Vegas to bring viewer audiences live final table action from the FullTiltPoker.net Championship event. The event is set to begin at 6:00 p.m. Las Vegas time and will enjoy an encore presentation at 10:30 p.m. Las Vegas time.

The $500,000 Championship will showcase premiere pro poker talent in the likes of Team Full Tilt members Chris "Jesus" Ferguson, John Juanda, Erik Seidel, Phil Ivey, Jennifer Harman, Clonie Gowen, Phil Gordon, Andy Bloch, Erick Lindgren and Daniel Negreanu - who was recently crowned Poker Ambassador to the Wynn Las Vegas. Fox Sports veteran announcer Barry Tomkins will host the show and will be accompanied by Howard Lederer, who will provide commentary.

In an added twist, each pro will have a heart monitor attached to their chest as the tournament plays out, allowing viewers access to the inner turmoil that plagues players throughout the course of final table action, marking the emotions their stone cold poker faces so expertly hide.

This live telecast distinguishes itself as the first poker tournament broadcast live in the U.S. this year, it is the second live tournament broadcast in the history of televised poker, and the first tournament to be broadcast live from Las Vegas. As well, it is the first tournament to be held at the Wynn Las Vegas.
