Fifty cents can get you to Asian Poker Classic
Or it could, if you take down a couple of qualifying satellites at Pacific Poker for the expected $1 million Asian Poker Classic.
Already set to be one of the biggest events of the year - and certainly the biggest poker event and prize pool ever in India - organizers recently announced an extra $250,000 to be added to the coffers.
Which makes the 50¢ Pacific Poker satellites seem like even more of a bargain - of course, only if you can weave your way up the ranks to the final qualifier Feb. 17, and then take the $11,000 entry package up for grabs.
Satellites started yesterday, with buy-ins as low as 50¢, and will run straight through to the big qualifier Feb. 17, which you can alternately buy-in directly to for $75+$5.
Winner of the big qualifier receives a seat & travel expenses totaling $11,000 for the Asian Poker Classic in Goa, set to start March 1.
