Fair Poker has launched a series of new tournaments in an effort to enhance the playing experience of its poker players, it announced this week. New events include a $2,000 weekly freeroll, a $100,000 GP tournament, and a $1,500 freeroll.
The new $2,000 weekly freeroll event is open to all players who have played more than 750 raked hands during the previous week (regardless of whether the player has contributed to the pot). Players who have played sufficient raked hands in the designated period will be automatically eligible to register for the freeroll at 4 p.m. (server time) on Saturdays. A maximum of 500 players are allowed to compete in the event.
All players interested in competing in the new $100,000 GP freezeout tournament on January 29 at 5 p.m. (server time) can either buy-in directly for $200 + $15 or qualify through a series of daily events, including a $21.50 + $2 Ongoing Sit'N'Go satellite (10 players), and two daily MTO's at 5 p.m. (server time).
And, finally, a weekly $1,500 freeroll has been added to the tournament roster every Sunday at 8 p.m. (server time). A minimum of 20 players and a maximum of 500 are allowed to compete in this event, which is open to all players who participate in both the Saturday $10,000 GP and the Sunday $15,000 GP tournaments.
