Everest Poker to send players to EPT French Open

By Erin Warner

Parlez-vous français? If you answered oui - or even if you didn't - check out Everest Poker's latest online tournament that sends winners to the European Poker Tour (EPT) French Open.

The poker room has created a $7,500 prize package that includes a seat at the event in Deauville and cash for travel expenses and accommodation.

To get in on the French poker action - not to mention the fresh croissants and wine - players must enter Everest Poker's French Open online tournament. The event will take place Jan. 20 at 2 p.m. (GMT).

The direct buy-in for the qualifying tournament is set at $200+$15, but customers can also compete through lesser satellite tournaments to win their way into the final satellite for the seats.

There will be a range of satellites offered by Everest, with buy-ins starting as low as $5. Players can also spend their Summit Points and Tournament Tokens to be dealt in.

The French Open will take place Feb. 21- 24 at the Deauville Casino. The site has sent players to other EPT events in the past, including tournaments in Barcelona, London, Dublin and Baden.
