Everest Poker sends 12 players to Euro Finals of Poker
By Sarah Polson
The €3,000 event of the Euro Finals of Poker in Paris last weekend saw 12 players from Everest Poker settle in at the poker tables to play for their share of the pot. The highest placing Everest Poker player made it to 14th place.
German player, Oleg Drews, was the lucky player to place highest for the poker site. He and the 11 other players from across Europe sat down to face 158 other participants at the tournament.
Oleg took home €4,410 for his 14th place finish. Damian Rzezniczek, another German player, also made it to the second day of the tournament with Oleg. Unfortunately his 23,000 in chips didn't get him past 45th place.
The players who qualified for the poker tournament through online satellites at Everest Poker went up against some of the biggest poker pros in Europe during the tournament including David Colclough, John Duthie, Pascal Perrault and more.
