Everest Poker on the felt in Italy

Cristiano Blanco will be giving a poker tutorial sponsored by Everest.

Live from Casino di San Remo: the Italian Poker Championship and an exclusive poker lesson with pro player Cristiano Blanco, all sponsored by Everest Poker.

The first €300+€30 event of the championship is underway today in San Remo, Italy. A €500+€50 tournament is scheduled for Thursday and a €500+ €50 shootout is planned for Friday.

The €1400+€100 No-Limit Hold'em Main Event will go down Saturday, accompanied by a €100 ladies event the same day.

In the weeks leading up to the championship, Everest Poker hosted satellites to offer players the chance to win seats at one of the tournament's five events.

"We look forward to seeing not only how our players perform, but the event as a whole," said Everest Poker property manager Jonathan May.

"The Italian Poker Championship is a great event for Everest Poker to be associated with," he added. "We're very excited about this opportunity and look forward to sponsoring more events like this in the near future."
