Everest Poker offers holiday poker action
By Sarah Polson
Everest Poker wants players to give themselves the gift of poker this holiday season with its 7 Nights of Poker promotion.
The 7 Nights of Poker began Monday and will run until Dec. 21, offering players a different poker game to challenge their skills each night of the week.
Everest Poker is serving up $170,000 in guaranteed prize pools during the seven days of tournaments, plus the top 50 players at the end of the series will win a share in a $10,000 jackpot.
The more 7 Nights of Poker tournaments a player participates in, the more chances he'll have to earn points and be among the top 50 players in the series.
During the 7 Nights of Poker, there will be two nights of Pot-Limit Omaha Poker plus some Limit and No-Limit Hold'em. Two nights have already played out, but players can still get in on the following tournaments to participate in the promotion:
| Today | Thursday | Friday | Saturday | Sunday | |
| Time (GMT) | 8 p.m. | 8 p.m. | 8 p.m. | 8 p.m. | 4:30 p.m. |
| Tournament Type | PLO 6-Max | NLHE | Limit HE 6-Max | PLO Rebuy + Add-On | NLHE |
| Guarantee | $7,500 | $30,000 | $2,500 | $5,000 | $100,000 |
| Buy-In | $30+$3 | $100+$9 | $30+$3 | $11+$1 | $200+$15 |
For each tournament you play, you will automatically receive 100 points. Points are then distributed on an inverse scale based on how you finish. For example, a tournament with 425 participants will reward 1 point for last place and 425 for the winner.
At the end of the series, the points each player has will be multiplied by the number of times they finish in the money. So a player with 500 points at the end who finished in the money three times will have a final total of 1,500 points.
The tournament series is open to all players at Everest Poker. There are no bonus codes or passwords required to play in the 7 Nights of Poker.
